User roles
heatfolio allows you to assign different roles to the users in your workspace, all of them owning then different permissions into accessing the projects or reports data and functionalities.
Managing users
You can shape your entire organisation in heatfolio and invite all the colleagues that will be part of the portfolio reporting process.
Managing departments
You can shape your entire organisation in heatfolio and add the departments you would like your workspace to be structured on.
Managing custom project fields
Custom project fields can be defined in your workspace to shape the information defining projects. This can be either content, time or financial data and can all be configured through the workspace settings.
Customizing the workspace
Different options such as a fixed reporting period, manual activation and completion of projects or changing your workspace logo can be set through the workspace settings.
Recovering your password
If you forgot your account password, you can request to reset it from the login screen.
Editing your profile
Your profile can be modified from the “Settings” option (last item in the menu), by clicking on the “Profile” link.
