You can share responsibilities and give other users access to a project as deputy project managers, allowing those users to report project statuses and support you in your role as project manager.

Editing your profile
Your profile can be modified from the “Settings” option (last item in the menu), by clicking on the “Profile” link.
Filtering the monthly report
Going back in time to search for previous status reports (e.g. 6 months ago) can be easily done through the filter options present in the top-right part of the screen.
Browsing the monthly report
The monthly report presents all the active projects in a selected period and their associated information, together with the last status report.

Searching the heatmap report can be done through the search field present in the top-right corner of the page.
Browsing the heatmap report
The heatmap report presents all the active projects in a selected period and their associated status reports for three months before, including the predicted status for the ongoing month.
